Patrick O'Brien

Patrick is the Chief Accounting Officer for SRM and is responsible for the financial reporting functions of the Company including mentoring and managing their accounting staff. He also plays an integral part in assessing and analyzing their acquisition strategy. Prior to joining SRM, Patrick was a partner at a Top 20 accounting firm specializing in financial statement audit services, mergers and acquisitions, and financial and operational consulting providing services to businesses ranging from closely held, owner-managed companies to private equity-backed and publicly traded companies. Patrick received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Florida State University and his Masters of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Tennessee and Delaware.
