Camilla Costarelli

Camilla Costarelli has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Camilla currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Snam, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at L'Oréal from 2019 to 2023, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner Sales and Finance, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Vodafone as an HR Resourcing & Employer Branding Expert. Before that, they had a role at Siemens as an HR Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist from 2015 to 2017. Camilla'scareer started in 2013 with an internship at Gi Group as a Recruiting Assistant. Camilla also has internship experience at Gran Paradiso National Park in the field of communication and event support.

Camilla Costarelli completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing at the School of Management and Economics, Università degli Studi di Torino from 2009 to 2013. Camilla then pursued a Master's degree in Business Management at the same institution from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, in 2013, they briefly attended the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, with a focus on Human Resources Management.
