Maria Rita Galli

Maria Rita Galli has extensive experience in the energy industry, having held various leadership positions in different companies. Since 2021, they have been the CEO of DESFA SA - Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they served as the Executive Vice President Business Development and International Assets Manager at Snam. maria rita also held positions at Eni, including Senior Vice President International Upstream Negotiation and Senior Vice President Portfolio Strategy Midstream. Additionally, they have served on the boards of GasVersorgung Sueddeutscland (GVS) GmbH, ALTERGAZ, terranets bw GmbH, Tigaz, Nuon Belgium NV, Distrigas NV, and Galp.

Maria Rita Galli has a degree in Laurea in Ingegneria Nucleare from Politecnico di Milano.
