Mariano Corona

Mariano Corona is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and application development. Currently, Mariano serves as Manager of HR Applications and holds multiple titles including DT4HR Service Manager and IT Service Manager at Snam since October 2017. Prior to this, Mariano worked at Reply from January 2012 to September 2017 as a Senior Consultant specializing in ServiceNOW and BMC Remedy. Mariano also led a team in trouble ticketing for Intesa Sanpaolo at Atlas Reply from January 2015 to January 2017 and was a Remedy Senior Developer at Axception, focusing on BMC Remedy 7.1 for Banca Intesa Sanpaolo from May 2009 to February 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as a VoIP System Engineer at Dyrecta from October 2006 to May 2008, overseeing VoIP infrastructure projects. Mariano holds a Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Informatica from Politecnico di Bari, completed in 2008.
