Jim Malstrom has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jim started their career at Ford Motor Company as a Financial Analyst, where they managed financial analysis for international manufacturing operations. Jim then worked at Waste Management as a Regional Chief Information Officer before joining Household International, where they played a key role in growing the company to become the second largest private label credit card issuer in the U.S. Jim also served as the Vice President of Major Account Executive with full P&L responsibility for the company's largest private label credit card program.

During their time at Citi, they were responsible for managing credit card relationships, business development initiatives, and structuring private label credit card relationships.

After Citi, Jim worked at Alliance Data as the VP of Business Development and Director of Card Services, where they utilized the company's capabilities to deliver effective marketing, loyalty, and credit card solutions to retailers. Currently, they are the Head of Enterprise Sales at Snap Finance, a high-growth digital finance company specializing in consumer financing and flexible ownership options through retail partners. In this role, they are passionate about economic empowerment for customers and enhancing the success of retail partners.

Jim Malstrom completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Systems at Utah State University from 1982 to 1984. Jim then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration at Utah State University from 1984 to 1985.
