Ian Simpson

Ian Simpson serves as the Franchise Owner of Snap-on Tools Franchise since June 2021, specializing in the retail sales of tools and equipment. Prior to this role, Ian engaged in various positions at TTEC from July 2014 to May 2021, ultimately rising to the role of Real Estate & Facilities Team Lead. Ian's extensive experience in home improvement began in 1998 with Kiwi Home Services, where responsibilities included project oversight, maintenance, and renovations until May 2021. Ian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
