Joe Frohne

Joe Frohne has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and database management, currently serving as a Manager of IT Infrastructure at Snap-on Tools since September 2013. Previously, Joe held multiple roles at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee from February 2000 to September 2013, including Change Manager, where responsibilities included leading the change advisory board and improving business processes using the ITIL framework, and Data & Information Team Lead, overseeing a team of database professionals managing various database platforms. Joe began their career at the Medical College of Wisconsin as a Database Administrator and Foxbase Database Programmer. Joe holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the Lubar College of Business, obtained in 1994.
