Kathryn Parker serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Snap-on Incorporated since October 2018, previously holding the position of Director of Human Resources for Snap-on Power & Specialty Tools. Prior to this role, Kathryn was the Director of Human Resources at Snap-on Business Solutions from April 2007 to October 2018 and also took on the role of Facilitator for Rapid Continuous Improvement during that time. Kathryn began with Snap-on Business Solutions as a Business Analyst from 2004 to 2007 and previously worked as the Manager of Order Management at ProQuest Business Solutions from April 2000 to December 2004. Educationally, Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Kansas State University between 1988 and 1992 and graduated from Newton High School in 1988.
