Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, working at Lehman Brothers, Salomon Brothers, and Snap-on Incorporated. Kevin has a deep understanding of the inner workings of businesses and has been instrumental in the growth of Snap-on.

Kevin L. Thatcher has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago with concentrations in finance, statistics and econometrics. Kevin also has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School with majors in finance and decision sciences.
