Prior to this, Joe held the position of Global Leader for Order to Cash at Amazon Web Services, focusing on O2C process enhancement and the improvement of invoicing experiences. Joe's extensive experience at GE Healthcare encompassed multiple leadership roles, including Director of US and Canada Billing Quality and Global Credit Leader, with a strong emphasis on operational improvement and technology integration across various financial functions. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Lubar College of Business and is a Crotonville alumni.
