Konstantina Touliou

Konstantina Touliou is a technical program manager at Snap Inc. since June 2023, with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Prior to this, Konstantina served as program director at GrAI Matter Labs and spent over a decade at Sequans Communications, progressing from project manager to customer project manager and senior application engineer. Key responsibilities included building project plans, managing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project execution across various technical domains such as hardware and software design, integration, and certification. Earlier career experiences include roles at Coolsand Technologies, Texas Instruments, and academic positions at ENST and the University of Patras, complemented by a Master’s in Telecommunications from Télécom Paris and an Engineer Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras.
