Markus Diem

Markus Diem is a Computer Vision Engineer at Snap Inc. since September 2020, bringing a strong background in research and academia. Prior to this role, Markus served as a Research Assistant at St. Anna Children's Cancer Research Institute (CCRI) from January 2015 to September 2020, and held positions as both a Senior Scientist and Research Assistant at Technische Universität Wien from February 2010 to September 2020. Markus holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science, obtained from Technische Universität Wien in 2013, as well as a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science, earned in 2009.
