Mr. Briers has served as our General Counsel since November 2025. From August 2012 to October 2025, Mr. Briers was a lawyer in private practice at the law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where he focused his practice on advising companies and founders on litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Briers holds a J.D. from the New York University School of Law and a B.A. from John Carroll University.
