Ashley B. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ashley started their career in 2009 at Omnicare, a CVS Health company, where they had various roles including Senior Manager, HR Business Partner and People Manager (Operations) | HR. In these roles, they provided senior HR leadership, advised on complex investigations, and partnered with business leaders to implement retention objectives. Ashley also worked as a Compliance Supervisor, managing a team of Compliance Coordinators. Prior to joining Omnicare, Ashley worked at Georgia State University Perimeter College as a Laboratory Technician. Currently, they are working at SnapCare as an HR Director, Employee Relations. In this role, they serve as a trusted advisor for executive leadership, handling ethics violations, personnel policy, progressive discipline, and terminations. Ashley also serves as a subject matter expert on employee relations and investigations.

Ashley B. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Georgia State University from 2004 to 2008. In 2020, they pursued Continuing Education in Human Resources Management from The University of Georgia.
