Radhika Mitter

Radhika Mitter has a strong background in project management and engineering. Radhika currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering Management at SnapNurse, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at InstaStaff from 2017 to 2022 as a Product Delivery and Project Manager, overseeing the development and delivery of an on-demand booking and payment platform for the nursing industry. Radhika also worked at Zentek.io in 2017 as a Project and Process Manager, implementing SDLC processes for software, release, and infrastructure projects. Before that, they were a Project Delivery Manager at ServAnalytics, LLC from 2015 to 2017, where they focused on measuring social media campaigns and optimizing online presence for clients. Radhika also held the role of Infrastructure, Release, and Web Program Manager at Intercontinental Exchange from 2001 to 2014, and earlier in their career, they were an Integration QA Manager and Source Code Repository Administrator at Paysys Labs (Private) Limited from 1998 to 2001.

Radhika Mitter attended Delhi University, where they studied Computer Science. In 2016, they obtained a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
