Sandeep Singh Sachdeva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer and seller experience management, currently serving as the Head of Customer & Seller Experience at Snapdeal since August 2015. Sandeep has held multiple leadership roles at Snapdeal, including Business Head for General Merchandise, Electronics & Mobiles, and Sr. Director for Seller Services, overseeing operations and ensuring optimal product availability for customers. Prior experience includes a Vice President role in Banking Support Operations at Barclays and significant tenure at IBM Global Process Services and IBM Global Business Services in various management positions focused on service delivery and operational excellence.
