Greg Russell

Greg Russell has over 15 years of experience in the HR and recruiting industry. Greg is currently the Head of People & Talent at Snapdocs, a leading mortgage-tech company backed by investors such as Sequoia, F-Prime, Tiger Global, and YCombinator's Continuity Fund.

Prior to joining Snapdocs, Greg was the Strategic Advisor at Drafted, Inc., where they worked with startups and tech companies on their hiring and recruiting needs. Greg also spent several years at PeopleTech Partners, a boutique HR consulting firm, where they helped clients with everything from employee relations to talent acquisition.

At Snapdocs, Greg has been instrumental in growing the company from a $75 million Series A startup to a $1.55 billion Series D leader in mortgage tech. Greg has also played a key role in establishing Snapdocs' culture as one that is world-class and top-rated on Comparably, eNPS, Glassdoor, and other platforms. Additionally, Greg has built and led a world-class Talent team of 17 recruiters and HR professionals responsible for attracting and retaining top talent.

Greg Russell has a BA in English from the University of Maryland and a BA in American Studies from the University of Maryland. Greg is certified from ModelExpand in Inclusive Hiring Bootcamp.
