Anish M.

Anish M. has over 20 years of work experience in the field of technology and IT infrastructure. Anish began their career at OMD Technology as a Field Service Engineer, where they provided desktop and server support and installed LAN/WAN networks. Anish then moved on to Leicester City Council, where they worked as a Technical Administrator, managing end user support and planning departmental roll outs. Currently, Anish is working as the Chief Technical Officer at SYNERGY LOGISTICS Ltd, where their responsibilities include designing and developing core company technologies, managing IT infrastructure, and presenting key data to the company's directors. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Technical Services at the same company, overseeing product development and delivery, as well as coordinating with operational managers. Anish has strong technical skills in Cisco infrastructure and LAN/WAN design.

Anish M. completed a BSc in Engineering from De Montfort University from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1991, Anish attended Avenue Junior School and obtained a BSc in Electronics. Anish also holds several additional certifications, including the BCS Certificate in Information Security Management Principles from QA (obtained in 2021), the ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management certification from the Institute of Leadership & Management (obtained in 2014), and the Award in Leadership & Management (Level 5) from ILM (obtained in 2012).
