Stefano Di Persio has extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Stefano is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HPA - High Performance Analytics, a spin-off accredited by the University of Verona that specializes in Artificial Intelligence. In this role, they offer personalized solutions for predictive analysis, anomaly detection, and optimization. Stefano founded this company in 2017 and has gained multisectoral experience with case studies in energy, physical security, manufacturing, finance, real estate, e-commerce, and transportation.

Earlier in their career, Stefano served as the Marketing and Communication Manager at Innovation Engineering, a software house specializing in IT solutions. Stefano held this role from April 2017 to May 2020.
Prior to that, they were the Head of Digital at Hdrà (Holding Digital Relations Advertising) from January 2014 to January 2017. In this position, they managed digital projects, integrated online communication strategies, coordinated social media campaigns, and supervised website and mobile application development.
Stefano founded MEDITA in 1999 and served as the owner and general manager until December 2013. Stefano led a team of 15 people and completed numerous digital projects for SMEs and large companies, collaborating with clients such as Turner, Enel, Red Bull, and Rai Com, among others. Stefano focused on offering top-notch digital solutions by combining technical expertise, market knowledge, and innovative vision.
Stefano Di Persio obtained their Maturità scientifica from Liceo Scientifico Keplero from 1980 to 1985. Stefano also completed the Ufficiale di Complemento (Sottotenente) program at Brigata Missili Volturno - 122° Corso AUC from 1986 to 1987. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Data for Business course at Cefriel in May 2021, the PMP® Certification Training Course at GEMA - Business School in September 2020, and will obtain the Codemotion Conference certification from Codemotion in November 2022.
