Kelly Carpenter

VP Operations And Training at Snapology

Kelly Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Kelly started their career in 2004 as a Therapeautic Staff Support at Northwestern Human Services and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an In-Home Family Therapist at Wesley Spectrum Services, focusing on improving family function and addressing separation struggles. Following this, they transitioned to the role of Behavior Specialist Consultant and Mobile Therapist at Wesley Spectrum Services, working with children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and developing treatment plans. In 2008, they became a Mental Health Therapist at Wesley Spectrum Services, where they provided individual, group, and family therapy to students in a private school setting. Kelly left this role in 2012. Since 2015, Kelly has been associated with Snapology, where they initially worked as an Outreach Coordinator. Kelly then progressed to the position of Director of Operations and, most recently, became the Vice President of Operations and Training.

Kelly Carpenter completed their education at two different institutions. From 1998 to 2001, they attended California State University-San Bernardino where they pursued a Dual Bachelors degree in Psychology and Child Development. Following this, they enrolled at Waynesburg University from 2005 to 2007 where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology.
