Cristian Bajora

Cristian Bajora is an accomplished entertainment professional with extensive experience in theater and production management. Currently serving as the Entertainment Production Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., Cristian oversees the Production Show Department, collaborating with the Cruise Director to maintain high service standards. Previously, Cristian held positions as Assistant Stage Manager for BETH MORRISON PROJECTS during the Prototype Festival and as Managing Artistic Director of Teatrul In Culise, a theater company founded to promote innovative and immersive experiences in Romania. Cristian also established TeenMedia Academy to provide acting training for non-actors, served as Producing Director at ItShowtime Studio, and held various roles as a film director and stage manager. Cristian Bajora holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Universitatea Media din București.
