Jayson Loope

Jayson Loope is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service desk management, system administration, and technical support. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager at Snappt since February 2023, Jayson focuses on efficient first-level user support while collaborating on the design and configuration of ITSM systems. Prior roles include System Administrator at Wellpath, where responsibilities encompassed system management and hardware deployment, and Application Administrator, overseeing the implementation of Kronos Timekeeper systems. Prior to that, Jayson worked in various technical support roles across multiple organizations, showcasing a robust background in IT asset management and user support since beginning a career in technology in 2002. Jayson holds an Associate of Applied Sciences in Computer Technology from Nashville State Community College.
