Ryan Brand

Ryan Brand is a seasoned operations and auto damage management professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Snapsheet Inc since November 2022, Ryan supports insurance and shop partners with technology solutions for appraisals and shop management. Previously, Ryan held various leadership roles at GEICO from July 2007 to November 2022, culminating in the position of Auto Damage Director, where responsibilities included overseeing a large team across multiple states, developing operational strategies, fostering business relationships, and managing substantial budgets. Ryan's career also includes experience as a Regional Auto Damage Manager and Auto Damage Manager at GEICO, as well as early roles at Wegmans Food Markets and Target. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Psychology from SUNY Brockport.
