Abdulrahman Almashal

Abdulrahman Almashal is the Chief of Staff at SNB Capital since October 2023 and serves as a member and Vice Chairman of The Capital Market Institutions Committee since November 2020. Prior to these roles, Abdulrahman held significant positions at Riyad Capital as Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer from December 2018 to October 2023 and at the Capital Market Authority from 2010 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading public investment funds, advising the Chairman, and formulating regulatory frameworks for investment products. Previous experience includes consultancy at Ernst and Young and internships at The Saudi Investment Bank and SABB. Abdulrahman holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from Nottingham University Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Hull.
