Christelle Mary

Christelle Mary graduated from ESCP Business School in 2002 and began her career as an auditor at Deloitte. She joined SNCF in 2006.

Her first positions were in support units at SNCF Mobilités, where she was responsible for management control of corporate functions, and later set up and managed a shared services centre. She was then named accounting project leader, tasked with handling the first regulatory issues raised by requests by France’s Transport Regulatory Authority (ART). In 2013, she joined the finance division at our Transilien business unit as head of accounting and internal control.

In 2018 Ms Mary moved into operations, becoming head of Transilien stations for Paris’s L and RER A commuter lines. Her achievements there include transforming the employee safety culture, cultivating collaborative management and dialogue with employees, and meeting the challenges of mass transit in stations.
