Laure Paillet

A graduate of ESCP Business School, Laure Paillet holds a DEA postgraduate degree in the sociology of organizations from Sciences Po. After training in security and operations, she joined SNCF in 1987 as an internal auditor. She has also served as Meaux station manager, Paris Nord deputy station manager and led driver shift pattern design within the Traction division.

She then moved into financial management roles within the Group’s Traction, TER and Proximités business units and went on to serve as financial director and head of back office for passenger sales at Voyages SNCF. On 1 July 2020, Ms Paillet became Chief Financial Officer at both Fret SNCF and Rail Logistics Europe, joining Fret’s management committee and RLE’s executive committee.
