Romain Bachelet

Romain BACHELET is currently serving as Référent FinOps et Numérique Responsable at Groupe SNCF since September 2023. Prior to this role, Romain was a Consultant FinOps et Numérique Responsable at Sopra Steria from January 2018 to August 2023, with experience managing various projects including health software solutions for the Caisse Nationale de l'Assurance Maladie and unbundling operations for Orange. Romain has also excelled in infrastructure management and critical application management in collaboration with notable companies such as ENEDIS and IBM. Romain's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Geosciences from Université Bourgogne Europe and UiT-The Arctic University of Norway, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Earth and Environment Science. Romain's early career involved work in viticulture and a Master thesis on mineralogical characterization in the Tremp Basin.
