Mathilde Billy possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational management within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Responsable organisation ressources humaines at SNCF Voyageurs since February 2022, Mathilde oversees HR organization for lines D and R. Previously held the role of Responsable adjointe pôle Orga et GU at SNCF Voyageurs, focusing on HR utilization management for the same lines. Mathilde's career at SNCF Voyageurs commenced in April 1997, accumulating roles such as Responsable commande du personnel RH, adjointe commerciale, and Chef d équipe on the Transilien RER C, along with pedagogical responsibilities as a formatrice at the Institut de formation Transilien. Prior to this, Mathilde was Chargé d’affaires restauration at CRM Services from September 2017 to January 2022.
