Cortland P. Andrews

Cortland Andrews is a Partner at Snell & Wilmer with extensive experience in business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, capital raises, and general corporate matters. Andrews has also worked at Vinson & Elkins as a Summer Associate. Andrews holds a Juris Doctor degree from BYU Law School and an LL.M in Taxation Law from the University of Florida.
