Joshua Schneiderman is an accomplished attorney specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Securities, Corporate Governance, Capital Raising, and Cannabis Law. As the Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office at Snell & Wilmer since September 2011, Joshua leads a team that provides tailored legal solutions to clients throughout their business journeys, emphasizing protective and proactive strategies during formation, growth, and exit phases. Prior to this role, Joshua spent nearly six years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, focusing on capital markets, M&A, and hostile takeovers, while also coordinating transactional pro bono legal services.
