Serge Pavluk has extensive experience in managing, structuring, negotiating, and documenting various transactions in M&A, finance, securities offerings, and corporate governance. Serge has worked as a Partner at Snell & Wilmer LLP and Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP, focusing on real estate development, private equity investments, and fund formation. Prior to that, Serge worked as an Attorney at Clifford Chance in both London and New York, specializing in M&A, securities, private equity, and finance. Serge holds a Juris Doctor in Law from Fordham University School of Law and a M.A./B.A. in Linguistics and Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
