Pauline Geldard

Pauline Geldard has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Most recently, they have been working as the Head of HR Business Partnering at SNG (formerly Sovereign Housing Association) since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the People Director at Sovereign Housing Association from March 2019 to March 2022. Before joining Sovereign, they worked at RHP Group as the Head of HR from June 2008 to February 2019. Pauline also had a role as the Head of HR Operations at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust from December 2003 to June 2008. Starting their career at Tesco, they held various roles including Personnel Manager from November 2002 to December 2003, Personnel Manager from November 1999 to November 2002, and Training Manager from August 1997 to November 1999.

Pauline Geldard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Policy from Solent University between 1991 and 1995. Pauline later pursued a University Diploma in Personnel Management at the University of West London from 2001 to 2002. In 2006 and 2007, Pauline attended Liverpool John Moores University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources.
