Ashok Sathyanathan

Ashok Sathyanathan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in banking and finance, currently serving as a Partner at SNG & Partners since June 2017, specializing in retail and corporate lending, trade finance products, and restructuring. Prior to this, Ashok held various senior roles at Barclays Bank Singapore, including Vice President and Head Legal Barclays Corporate, where significant contributions were made to the establishment of corporate and retail banking in India, along with accolades for performance and leadership. Ashok's earlier career includes positions at Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank Limited, and Kochhar & Co, where expertise was developed in banking laws, securities laws, and corporate governance.
