Chelsiya N Sunny

Chelsiya N Sunny is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at SNGCE since September 2023. Prior to this role, Chelsiya worked at Growinity Solutions LLP as an HR Operations professional from August 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions, conducting initial screenings, and profile matching based on relevant criteria. Chelsiya gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Intern at Khimji Ramdas India in May to June 2021. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from MG University and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource and Business Analytics from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, alongside completing 10th standard at International Indian School, Dammam.
