Currently serving at SNGULAR as EMEA - People & Culture and USA - IT Talent Acquisition Manager, Alejandra leads a team focused on recruitment and relocation in the USA, while cultivating engagement within a multiregional team. Previous positions include roles such as IT Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and IT Talent Acquisition Team Lead, managing the full recruitment cycle and participating in key local hiring initiatives. Additional experience encompasses roles at Asocia Recursos Humanos, Zevas@Google, TeleTech@Google, Axis Corporate, and BBVA, showcasing a solid background in recruitment processes, client relations, and employee management. Alejandra holds degrees in Psychology and specialization in Organization and Human Resources from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
