Job Overview:

As an HR Business Partner at SNic Solutions, you will be a pivotal figure in shaping our human resources strategy and operations across a diverse, international team members. Your role will primarily focus on instilling & leveraging data-driven insights to enhance HR practices and support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data-Driven HR Management: Implement and optimize HR strategies using HR software & data analytics to drive decisions and improve employee engagement, performance, and retention.

  2. Global Team Support: Address HR needs of our team members spread acrossmultiple countries, understanding and respecting cultural diversities and legal compliances in different regions.

  3. Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with company goals, and manage talent development initiatives, including training and career progression plans.

  4. Performance Management: Develop and administer effective performance evaluation systems; use data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing productivity.

  5. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high levels of staff morale.

  6. Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with legal standards and company values; update policies as required by changes in the workforce or the legal landscape.

  7. HR Reporting & Analysis: Regularly produce and analyze HR reports, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.

  • Strong competency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a diverse, international team.

  • Knowledge of global HR practices, labor laws, and cultural sensitivities.

  • Proficient in HR software and tools, especially those related to data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the technology or consulting industry.

  • Additional certifications in HR or data analysis.
