Abhishek Sharma

Abhishek Sharma has been working in the industry for over a decade. Abhishek began their career in 2012 as a GET to Senior Maintenance Engineer at Denso Haryana Pvt. Ltd. where they managed a team of maintenance operators and was responsible for carrying out improvements and Kaizen to minimize cost, improve efficiency, quality and safety. Abhishek was then promoted to Assistant Maintenance Manager in the same company, where they managed a team of maintenance Engineers and Associates for Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance of SMT Lines. Subsequently, they were promoted to Maintenance Deputy Manager where they managed a team of 15-20 maintenance Engineers, executives and staff, assisting them in their training and development. Currently, Abhishek is working as a Senior Consultant at PBOPlus Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. and as a Lead Consultant at SNic Solutions.

Abhishek Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2012. Prior to that, they graduated from Greenway Modern Public School, Delhi with a High School degree in 2008, following the CBSE- Non Medical curriculum.
