Sebastiano Minardi

Sebastiano Minardi is an experienced retail professional currently serving as the Country Manager for SNIPES, overseeing operations in Spain and Portugal since September 2016. In this role, Sebastiano is fully responsible for the management of the markets, previously worked as a District Manager, overseeing 175+ employees and 16 stores, and managing sales, shrink, P&L, and staff costs. Sebastiano organized and led over 20 openings and recruitment processes to facilitate company growth in these regions. Prior to SNIPES, Sebastiano held various positions at Foot Locker Europe, including Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, and Sales Associate. Sebastiano holds a Diploma in Foreign Languages (English/Spanish) from Liceo Linguistico Alessandro Manzoni, graduated in 2013.
