Hardik Parekh

Hardik Parekh currently serves as Chief of Staff at SNITCH, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Hardik was a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company from May 2022 to October 2024, where key projects included market strategy for a consumer batteries firm, sales initiatives for a consumer goods company, and setting up an innovation platform in Dubai. Before Bain, Hardik worked as a Manager at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on IT diagnostics and digital transformation within major industries. Earlier experience includes a strategy internship at Swiggy and a role in the CEO’s Office at J. Y. International, where Hardik contributed to sales transformation and new product initiatives. Hardik holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Indian School of Business and a BTech in Computer Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
