Katelyn Adams

Katelyn Adams has over seven years of experience in customer service and operations roles. From 2016 to present, they have worked as an Operations Coordinator at Snoasis Medical, LLC. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Lead at SteriTec Products, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. In this role, they answered customer questions and solved problems via phone, email, and fax. Katelyn also prepared Proforma invoices and COCs for customers, prepared sample shipments, scheduled follow-up satisfaction checks, entered customer orders into Global Shop ERP, maintained customer data in the Global Shop Solutions (ERP) system, double checked orders entered by other customer service associates, took special care of assigned focus customers, trained personnel in customer service department, provided facility tours, acted as a corporate meeting planner, secured concierge service for attendees group events, arranged hotels and transportation, provided boarding passes, checked guests in for flights and hotels, planned monthly luncheons for staff events, and generated ERP invoices for the finance department. Additionally, they were responsible for scheduling liaison for Toshiba maintenance, assisting contractors, vendors, and visitors, and administering general office supplies.
