Terry Harley

Terry Harley is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Snow King Resort since September 2013. In this role, responsibilities encompass benefit administration, worker's compensation, recruitment and selection, training, and employee satisfaction, among other HR functions. Concurrently, Terry holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Vail Resorts since 2010, where duties include creating and implementing a recruiting plan for over 1,000 seasonal employees, overseeing domestic and international hiring, and managing employee relations and development. Previous positions include Systems Specialist and International Staffing Manager at Grand Teton Lodge Company, focusing on sourcing H2B candidates and managing the petition process for J-1 students.
