Kyle Wakayama

Kyle Wakayama is a skilled manager with extensive experience in marketing and business development within the outdoor and experiential sectors. Currently serving as New Ventures Manager at Snow Peak USA, Inc. since April 2021, Kyle leads the expansion efforts in the US by developing new business models and overseeing key projects, including the Campfield concept and associated digital experiences. Prior to this, Kyle worked at REI for seven years, initially as National Event Marketing and Brand Experiences Manager, where responsibilities included concepting national brand events and managing remote teams, and later as Outdoor Programs and Outreach Market Coordinator, focusing on community engagement and partnerships. Kyle's career began at Mount Saint Mary's University, gaining valuable experience in public relations and marketing. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Mount St. Mary's University.
