Joe Chen has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware in Physics from 1990-1993, a Master of Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from 1993-1995, and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University from 1997-1999.
