Clément Leclerc

Clément Leclerc has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Clément has most recently worked at Snowden Lane Partners as a Vice President and FP&A Manager. Prior to that, they served as an AVP/Senior Financial Analyst at the same company.

Clément has also worked at HEC Montréal, where they were a Case Competition Coach for the HEC Montreal Strategy team and the Business-to-Business team at Happening Marketing. Clément achieved notable success, securing a 1st position in the Jeux du Commerce 2020 - Strategy category and a 3rd position in the Happening Marketing 2019 - Business-to-Business category.

Before joining Snowden Lane Partners, Clément worked at LXR as a Manager of Finance & Special Projects and as a Senior Financial Analyst. Clément was also employed by LoyaltyOne, where they held positions including Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning (AIR MILES), Client Marketing Specialist, and Client Services Co-Op.

Clément has volunteered their time and skills at organizations such as COOP HEC Montréal, where they served as an Administrator on the Board of Directors. Clément also held the position of Executive Vice President at Club de Consultation en Management (CCM) - HEC Montréal.

Additionally, Clément has experience as a Teaching Assistant for a Public Speaking Class at HEC Montréal. Clément has worked as a Ski Coach at Station Mont Tremblant and as a Marketing Intern at Keurig Canada. Clément also served as Treasurer at Comité Promotion Recast at AEHEC inc.

Clément Leclerc holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, specialized in Management, Finance, and Marketing from HEC Montréal, which they completed from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Copenhagen Business School. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma of Collegiate Studies in Social Sciences - International Studies from College Jean de Brébeuf from 2011 to 2013. Clément completed their high school education at the same institution from 2006 to 2011, receiving a High School Diploma in Social Studies. In addition, Clément Leclerc obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in December 2021.
