Nikki Damaschino

Nikki Damaschino is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise sales and team management. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Sales for the West at Snowflake since March 2022, Damaschino has previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Salesforce from April 2019 to March 2022, including Senior Area Vice President for Auto, Utility, & Energy. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Cisco from July 2010 to April 2019 as Director of Sales for the North Coast Select Operation, where Damaschino led regional teams and developed go-to-market strategies. Additional experience encompasses positions at Softchoice, Williams-Sonoma, Inc., and an internship at Cost Plus World Market. Damaschino holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, earned between 2000 and 2004.
