Pranav Kantawala

Pranav Kantawala is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Snowflake since December 2024, Pranav previously held the position of Head of Platform (VP of Engineering & GM) at Plaid, where responsibilities included leading Product and Engineering teams to develop various platforms. Prior to that, Pranav served as Head of Engineering at Stripe and has a distinguished tenure at Google, where as Senior Director of Engineering, contributions included managing Ads Serving infrastructure and analytics for Google Ads. Earlier experience includes roles at Oracle USA as Principal Member of Technical Staff, and foundational positions at Xerox PARC, Mahindra British Telecom, and Tata Motors. Pranav holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Gujarat University.
