Shannon Katschilo

Shannon Katschilo is currently the Country Manager for Canada at Snowflake, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this, Shannon served as the General Manager and AVP of Sales for Medallia Canada from August 2016 to April 2022, leading a team focused on achieving sustainable growth and client success. Shannon's earlier experience includes working as a Strategic Sales Director at Medallia, where collaboration with major North American Financial Services and Telecom organizations was emphasized to advance innovation. Additionally, Shannon was an Enterprise Account Executive and Senior Client Success Manager at Achievers from August 2009 to August 2016, developing successful employee recognition programs while managing a diverse client portfolio.
