Dhruv Kaushik

Dhruv Kaushik has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dhruv currently works at Snowkap as the AVP of Strategy, a position they assumed in July 2021. Prior to that, Dhruv worked as a Snowboarder at Snowkap starting in April 2020.

Before their role at Snowkap, Dhruv was the Managing Partner at AI LLP, a position they held from August 2018 onwards.

From 2010 to 2018, Dhruv worked at H3U, where they held two roles. Dhruv first served as the Director, overseeing product creation, provider network creation, and product and adoption strategy. Later, they became the Vice President, responsible for health check-up management, on-site clinics management, wellness awareness and education, and the creation of a marketplace for wellness in India.

Dhruv also has experience working for non-profit organizations. Dhruv was a member of Doctors for You, USA Chapter from August 2013 to January 2016, where they contributed to marketing and fundraising activities. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Council Member at Doctors For You from January 2011 to January 2016, focusing on on-site team setup, initial situation assessment, first responder's training, and marketing.

Additionally, Dhruv has worked as an Executive Director at Analysis Securities Private Limited from February 2009 to October 2010, and as an Equity Analyst at Pioneer Invest Corp from February 2008 to February 2009.

Dhruv Kaushik completed their high school education in science at Bal Bharati Public School from 1990 to 2001. Dhruv then pursued a B Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, graduating in 2006. Following this, Dhruv obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Engineering Management from Cornell University in 2007.
