Prerna Rathee

Prerna Rathee has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. In 2017, they worked at Srijan as the President, where they led a team of 105 members for stage fabrication and designing. Prerna organized an annual art exhibition and managed funds, sponsors, and stakeholder engagement.

In 2019, Prerna gained practical experience through an internship at STMicroelectronics, where they worked as an Internship Trainee for seven months.

Following that, in 2022, they volunteered at Teach For India, teaching numeracy and literacy to underprivileged fourth-grade children. Prerna also conducted community visits to educate the kids and their families about the importance of good sanitation and cleanliness.

Most recently, in 2023, Prerna joined Snowkap as a Business Analyst. In this role, they provide ESG consultancy to clients regarding reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and BRSR. Prerna analyzes sustainability reports, creates questionnaires and KPIs, and has created a repository of EU laws for efficient adoption.

Prerna Rathee completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from YMCA from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Anthropology from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their higher education, Prerna attended Bright Scholar Senior Secondary School from 2007 to 2015, where they did not specify a degree or field of study.
