Andy Higgs BSc(Hons), FRICS, GAICD is a seasoned professional in commercial management and operations within the construction industry. Currently serving as General Manager Commercial at Snowy Hydro Limited, Andy previously held key positions including Commercial Director at CPB Contractors and General Manager Operations at Laing O'Rourke. With a progression from Trainee QS to Senior Commercial Manager, Andy has extensive experience in leadership and commercial strategy across various regions, especially in Queensland, Northern Territory, and New South Wales. Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Greenwich.
